1. To have access to the WashTym LLP mobile application, one must register for the mobile application, which includes providing personal information such as name, contact number, email ID, gender and date of birth.
2. WashTym LLP has full access to information provided by the user for further communication or analytics. The collected information will be used only for the improvement of service quality or to develop better services.
3. WashTym LLP shall not, unless required by law, use or share the information with external or third parties.
4. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on the website or mobile application. WashTym LLP reserves the right to discontinue the services of the user if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or not true.
5. Users are requested not to share their mobile application credentials. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details, and must immediately notify WashTym LLP of any actual, suspected, or unauthorized activity on their account. However, WashTym LLP is not liable for losses arising from any unauthorized access if you lose your login credentials or are otherwise compromised.
6. If a user shares their access with a third party, they are responsible for all activities carried out by that person. WashTym LLP is not liable for any loss or compromise on the user's side.
7. Users are required to keep their profile updated in case of a change in mobile number or email, to avail the services of the website and mobile application without hindrance.
8. Registering / signing up on the mobile application is required for users to book laundry machines, manage bookings, receive service notifications, and access updates or offers available through the platform. Users can use booking-related features, track machine status, and receive service communication only after completing the sign-up process.
9. WashTym may send users updates, instructions, reminders, or alerts about bookings, machine usage, and related services through the mobile application. These reminders are offered purely as a convenience. WashTym Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delayed, missed, or undelivered notifications for any reason, and users are responsible for checking their booking details and service status within the platform.

Payments

1. Online payments are made through our trusted gateway partners. WashTym LLP, however, is not liable for incorrect input (card details) or unauthorized access from the user's side.
2. WashTym LLP shall not take responsibility for: 1) incomplete transactions, 2) transaction failure from the user or bank side, 3) declines due to an unauthorized attempt or transaction, or 4) any other failure on the user's side.
3. All payment- or refund-related queries are handled by the WashTym LLP support team only. WashTym LLP is not associated with any third party or external support for payment-related queries.

Content and Copyrights

1. All content on the website and mobile application is copyrighted to WashTym LLP only. Sharing or copying this content for commercial purposes is a violation of copyright, and WashTym LLP reserves the right to act accordingly.
2. Users acknowledge and agree not to share or upload the content of the website or application without obtaining permission from WashTym LLP.
